Based on the Disney film and J.M. Barrie’s enchanting play, this is a modern version of the timeless tale about a boy who wouldn’t grow up. The show features many classic Disney songs, including “You Can Fly,” “A Pirate’s Life for Me,” and “Never Smile at a Crocodile.”
Performances are Thursday, February 4, and Friday, February 5, at 7:00 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center.

Book Club Makes Non-Fiction Selection for Spring
Members of the Belleville West Book Club have picked their next reading selection, Jill Lepore’s non-fiction book The Secret History of Wonder Woman. The group will meet to discuss the book on Wednesday, April 6, at The Abbey on West Main Street. Copies of the book are now available at the circulation desk in the Belleville West Library.
THE SECRET HISTORY OF WONDER WOMAN by Jill Lepore
Wonder Woman, created in 1941, on the brink of World War II, is the most popular female superhero of all time. Aside from Superman and Batman, she has lasted the longest and commanded the most vast and wildly passionate following. Like every other superhero, Wonder Woman has a secret identity. Unlike others, she also has a secret history.
In Jill Lepore’s riveting work of historical detection, Wonder Woman’s story provides the missing link in the history of the struggle for women’s rights—a chain of events that begins with the women’s suffrage campaigns of the early 1900s and ends with the troubled place of feminism a century later.
